Recreation Passport

The Recreation Passport is required for all Michigan state parks, trails, historic sites, boat launches, harbors, and more. Visit Michigan.gov/RecreationPassport for more details and to purchase.

Park Amenities

Cycling: 4-mile paved trail.
Cross Country Skiing: 6 miles of groomed trails as conditions permit.
Fishing: Shoreline or pier fishing on an 8-acre pond, accessible from the Beck Rd. entrance.
Hiking: Allowed on all trails. 8 miles of hiking only.
Mountain Biking: 8 miles of trails, easy access from the Eight Mile Road entrance.
Equestrian Trails: 8 miles of designated bridle trails.
Shelter Rental: 4 shelters are available for parties, graduations, and special events.
Baseball Field: Rental available by contacting the park office.

Alcoholic Beverages and Marijuana Use

You may not possess or consume an alcoholic beverage at any time in the park without written authorization of the park manager. Despite the change in law, the use of marijuana in public is still not legal or allowed.

Fireworks Are Not Permitted

Pets

Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash and must never be left unattended. Please clean up after your animals.
